“A person’s a person, no matter how small.” ~ Dr. Seuss (Horton Hears a Who!)
Like Horton the elephant, I went into the field of pediatrics to provide children with support, encouragement, and protection from harm. But it has become so much more to me than that. I strive to be an excellent educator, to provide that extra boost of self-confidence and esteem that every child and adolescent needs, to be the interpreter of infants, unable to communicate through speech, and to provide all children with the necessary tools to succeed as the best version of themselves. I look forward to working with you, the caregivers, to achieve these goals.
